if your Cushions are filled originally with foam…
We are able to replace the foam filling in your furniture cushions with one of our high quality foam grades.
Our ‘Premier’ grade foam will often be a superior quality replacement to that which is inside your cushions now. This grade carries a five year guarantee and should last approximately 9-10 years of everyday use. Please contact us if you need further advice.
If you have a suite that you feel is likely to be replaced within the next few years then our Comfort plus grade would be the most cost effective. It will give the same level of comfort as our Premier but will not last quite as long.
If the original foam fillings have a stockinette or a polyester wadding fitted, then these will need to be fitted to your new foam.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the new foam cushions for a sofa and for my kitchen chairs. I wasn't totally certain the cushions needed renewing but now that it's been done I know it was the right thing! Having new inserts also meant I was able to change the design of the chairs slightly, replacing half size cushions with full size ones – an added bonus!

Increasingly customers are contacting us looking to solve the problems of sagging, flat, unsupportive feather or fibre cushions! As you will be aware the cushions when new were round and plump looking and this is the look that our customers are pleased to see returned when we have re-filled their covers. To enable us to recreate the same shape and feel of feather or fibre, we convert the fillings to new foam and wrap it in a very heavy wadding. This will make the centre of you cushion much deeper than the border.
The improvement in comfort and support that this service provides is considerable – and best of all there's no more 'plumping-up' required! And our conversion to foam is obviously a long term answer to your problem.

Although the suite was only five months old the returned cushions were of a quality and standard far superior to the originals. The result was pleasantly unbelievable.

Cushion refilling service
We have developed a service whereby we send you special packaging and collect your covers (and one example of the inner) by carrier, who bring them to our workshops. We measure them for you and contact you with an exact price and you are under no obligation to proceed. We will then professionally re-fill your covers with the desired grade and firmness of foam, covered in a heavy 14oz wadding if required. They will then be returned to you fully transformed, giving your old suite a new lease of life!
This process generally takes 7-10 days from collection date. You will be without your covers and one seat/back filling for this time so will still be able to use the suite until they are returned refilled.
