Foam sheets

We have on offer 12 different grades of foam that we can supply either in sheet form or cut-to-size. Sheets are available in any thickness and in either full or small sheet sizes, both of which cost the same 'inch for inch'.

Cut-to-size foam service

This service is very popular with a lot of our upholsterer clients as it saves them space, time, hassle and money by not having to stock foam in sheet form and fabricate it themselves.

We cut and fabricate items to ANY SIZE and ANY SHAPE including bullnosing, chamfering, mitres, doming etc. Any of our foam can then be polyester wrapped in a choice of different thicknesses and fitted with stockinette undercovers if required.

Our cut-to-size service is very reasonably priced and above all is very fast and efficient, with no minimum order.

If you wish we can collect your customer's cushion covers from you, professionally refill them to your requirements and return the finished cushions back to you soon afterwards.

Bespoke Fibre cushion service

We are able to supply high quality fibre filled cushions made using Pure Blown Hollow Fibre for excellent shape and comfort. These can be produced and supplied in quantities from 1 or 2 right up to several thousand if required. 'T' shapes, 'L' shapes and shaped backrests are all no problem.

Fibre filled bolsters, pillows, arm pads, scatter cushions, floor cushions etc. can all be supplied to any specifications and in any quantity.

Again we have no minimum order.

'Standard' foam cushions

Traditional 22inchx20inchx4inch standard cushions are always available from stock in 7 different foam grades.

Bar seating

Our standard size is as shown below. We make this in any length you require. Non-standard sizes are available quickly on request, priced pro-rata.

Bar stools

We can make these to any specification you require, but our standard bar stool is 5lb or 6lb chip foam, two inches thick with a half inch topper. Available in 13.5 and 15.5 inch diameters off-the-shelf, or made to any size.

Peel foam

.25 and .5 inch thick foam sheeting is available from stock on ten metre rolls.

Remember, we have NO minimum order and all orders over £75 (ex. VAT) are delivered FREE of charge.
