Need a custom shaped cushion? No problem – just send a template of what you require. Simply, quote your cushion size using this form. If you go on to purchase this item, we will e-mail you instructions and an address for you to send your template to. You will not be charged until we commence with your order.

We recommend you select the 'Polyester Wrap' option, particularly if your existing cushion has this. Please note that if you require 'Polyester Wrap', you must also have the 'Stockinette Cover' option. Stockinette Cover Polyester Wrapping
