Shipping
We use carriers to deliver all sizes of order, from a small seat cushion to a king size mattress, and everything else in between!
Orders CAN take up to 21 days to despatch, HOWEVER most orders are despatched within 7 days. If you have a specific deadline PLEASE advise us when ordering.
Free delivery is included on all orders over £25 to addresses in mainland UK. Orders of less than £25 will incur a £5 fee to cover handling, postage and packaging. This £5 fee will be waived if orders are collected from our premises.
Deliveries to other addresses, e.g. Scottish Islands, will be subject to an additional charge. However, we will advise you of this, for your approval, before we commence with your order.
Collections
Any order may be collected from our factory shop based in Bristol, rather than being despatched. If you intend to collect please advise us when ordering so we can notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Our opening times are 9.00am - 1.00pm and 1.30pm - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Overseas Orders
We regret that at present we are unable to accept orders form outside the UK.
Warranty
As a family run business our reputation for good service remains paramount, and so for your complete peace of mind our products carry a complete money-back guarantee against any defect in materials or workmanship.
Returns
As all items are supplied to your individual requirements, and also for hygiene reasons, goods cannot be returned or exchanged, with the exception of goods or workmanship being defective.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
