Shipping Details
We use carriers to deliver all sizes of order, from a small seat cushion to a king size mattress, and everything else in between!
Orders CAN take up to 21 days to despatch, HOWEVER most orders are despatched within 7 days. If you have a specific deadline PLEASE advise us when ordering.
Free delivery is included on all orders over £100 to addresses in mainland UK. Orders of less than £100 will incur a £8.95 fee to cover handling, postage and packaging. This £8.95 fee will be waived if orders are collected from our premises.
Deliveries to other addresses, e.g. Scottish Islands, will be subject to an additional charge. However, we will advise you of this, for your approval, before we commence with your order.
Collections
Any order may be collected from our factory shop based in Bristol, rather than being despatched. If you intend to collect please advise us when ordering so we can notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Our opening times are 9.00am - 1.00pm and 1.30pm - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Overseas Orders
We regret that at present we are unable to accept orders form outside the UK.
